iDate 2007 4th Annual Internet Dating Conference in Miami

(Online Dating Industry Journal) Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc. has just announced its eleventh Internet Dating Conference, to be held on January 15-16, 2007 in Miami at the Miami Beach Convention Center. It is the 4th Annual Online Personals Convention to be held in Miami, FL.

The 4th Annual Conference and expo will focus on management, technology and marketing for the industry. Mobile dating, cultural marketing, event planning, metrics, advertising strategies and software will be discussed at this event. 2nd Asian Internet Dating Conference

Cupid.com/PreDating to Break Speed Dating World Record

(Online Dating Industry Journal) PreDating, the speed dating sector of online dating company Cupid.com, will attempt to establish the Guinness™ World Record for the largest simultaneous speed dating event ever held in one evening. On Wednesday, February 8th , about 125 Cupid.com/PreDating parties are scheduled to be held in more than 100 cities in the US and Canada. The company is estimating that over 4,800 single people will participate in the goal to break the world record, working out to about 43,200 6-minute speed dates in one evening.

"We know that singles want to find someone special with whom to share Valentine’s Day,” said Eric P. Straus, President & CEO of Cupid.com. “What better time to attempt a new record for this new social phenomenon? This event will enable thousands of singles to meet their Valentine…and be a part of history.”

Date Change for Internet Dating Conference in Miami - Now February 2-3

(Online Dating Industry Journal) Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc. has rescheduled the dates of the next Internet Dating Conference. The event will be held on February 2-3, 2006 in Miami Beach at the Wyndham Miami Beach Resort.

The conference is now a day later, changed from February 1-2, 2006 to February 2-3, 2006. Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc. indicated the date change was needed in order to accommodate a significant increase in attendance. A larger exhibit hall has also been added to accommodate additional exhibitor inquiries.

The Internet Dating Conference in Miami is the 7th Online Dating Conference and expo to date and covers management, marketing and technology for the industry. NFL Cheerleaders Draft Pet Lovers for AnimalAttraction.com
