"Welch takes responsibility for the brand as it rolls out globally working alongside all match.com country managers. His responsibilities include online and offline advertising, CRM, PR, consumer research and product development."
According to the article, Welch worked for Match previously as a consultant, helping to develop the make love happen” TV advertising campaign that ran in Britain, Sweden and Spain last year.
