Good Morning America has done an interesting story about eHarmony that you can read by clicking here.
The article has quotes from users, eHarmony executives, and also includes this interesting tidbit:
"...eHarmony has about 19 million single members looking for love, and a national Harris poll found eHarmony's site is responsible for about 44,000 weddings a year and more than 100,000 babies born so far from the site's cybermatchmaking..."
It also discusses eHarmony Labs. The story was originally video, and this is the text version of it.
Joe's Comments
I know a lot of people that don't like eHarmony for various reasons like too expensive, no same-sex matching, too "Christian", not enough matches, and billing issues. In my personal experience, however, I found eHarmony to be the best online dating service for me. Some of the best women I've met were from eHarmony, including the person I've been dating for the past two years. There are a lot of things eHarmony can improve upon, which I'll address in an upcoming post.
By the way, does anyone know of a video link for this story?
